Passionate about the art of mixology, Auguste began his career in 2022 by taking an intensive training course at the Bar School of Montreal. This experience allowed him to acquire in-depth knowledge in cocktail preparation, customer service, and bar management.With this training, he enhanced his career by working for over four years in upscale restaurants and bars, where he perfected his technical skills and service sense.
Wishing to deepen his knowledge and improve himself in the field of hospitality and catering, Auguste decided to continue his studies at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ). This prestigious institution is recognized for its high-quality training programs in tourism, hospitality, and catering.
